According to TechFlow, the bankrupt encryption company Terraform Labs plans to sell its four businesses, including Pulsar Finance, Station, Enterprise and Warp, for $4.5 billion to fulfill the settlement agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and gradually stop operations. Terraform said the sale is intended to "maximize the value of creditors and other stakeholders." Last month, Terraform reached a $4.5 billion settlement with the SEC and banned its co-founder Do Kwon from working in the encryption industry.
