According to ChainCatcher, U.S. Senator Cory Booker pointed out that nearly half of the enforcement cases of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) are related to cryptocurrencies, which is an "unusual" ratio. In response, U.S. CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam replied that the CFTC needs to regulate a market where it has no jurisdiction and no access to funds, which is a huge challenge for the agency and puts both markets at risk.
