According to Foresight News, Japanese securities and banking giant SBI Group has partnered with South Korea's Kyobo Life Insurance Group to explore business opportunities related to digital finance and technology. Currently, the two parties have established a venture capital fund partnership covering the Southeast Asian fintech sector. Under the latest agreement, SBI may participate in the Korean ecosystem and consortium related to security token issuance (STO).
