The strategy for the year 2024 is built on three key pillars: inclusivity, transparency, and sustainability. The aim is to increase participation by supporting diverse communities, maintain trust through clear communication and open processes, and ensure long-term growth and impact through strategic funds and resources.
The company is refocusing on its core mission of supporting open-source software and digital public products through Gitcoin Grants 20. This initiative will continue to promote the growth and sustainable development of builders in the Ethereum ecosystem.
In addition, there will be more community rounds. Each GG round will accept 8-10 community rounds, with the top 5 community rounds receiving additional matching funds from Gitcoin.
The GG21 will be held from August 7 to 21, and the eligibility criteria for community rounds will be announced on June 17. The GG22 will be held at the end of October.
