According to Odaily Planet Daily, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has issued an alert about impersonation scams, which often use "the names and titles of government employees." CISA's alert explains that its staff will never ask for money transfers, whether in cash, cryptocurrency or using gift cards. Phil Larratt, director of investigations at Chainalysis, explained that scams remain a major threat to the entire crypto ecosystem, which is expected to bring in at least $4.6 billion in revenue in 2023.
