According to Foresight News, the decentralized threshold signature computation network, ARPA Network, has officially launched on the EigenLayer mainnet as AVS. ARPA Network states that this move will further enhance the security, usability, and scalability of the ARPA Network, providing a more reliable computing environment and results for the users of its on-chain verifiable random number generator, Randcast.
ARPA Network AVS has received support commitments from several leading operators in the EigenLayer ecosystem. It is expected to cover approximately 80,000 re-pledgers with over 2 million ETH (about 7 billion USD) in re-pledge delegations. Over the next two weeks, ARPA will gradually reveal its operator partners.
