According to TechFlow, Stacks co-founder Muneeb Ali said that the new $1 million Orange Hats program aims to improve the security of Stacks, promote white hat hacker activities, and provide new tools and services for contract testing and deployment at the application layer. This can be extended beyond Stacks L2 and benefit Bitcoin L1.
