According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bitcoin Core developer Peter Todd wrote on the X platform that Starknet's entry into the Bitcoin extension layer is a good reason to oppose the activation of OP_CAT. He warned that Starknet could bring destructive MEV pranks to Bitcoin, just like Ethereum. At the same time, he believes that it is unreliable to invest a large amount of money in the nascent STARKS because Eli's Zcash has maliciously exploited token inflation many times.
