According to Odaily, the game 'Mahjong Jan-Navi Online', which has been operational for over 19 years, has been selected as the first Japanese project to join the $50 million Web3 gaming accelerator program, Helika. The game aims to leverage Web3 technology to expand the global Mahjong community and promote it as a global e-sport.

Helika provides a one-stop solution for Web3 and traditional games, equipped with analytical tools. In collaboration with venture capital firms such as Pantera, Spartan Capital, and Sfermion, Helika has launched the Helika accelerator project, pledging an investment of $50 million. Participating companies will receive support and share Helika's expertise in token economics, blockchain resources, data analysis, marketing, and AI game management. They can also utilize on-chain data, gaming behavior history, and ad tracking data to formulate game design and participation strategies.

In February 2024, 'Mahjong Jan-Navi' launched the JN token, aiming to connect approximately 700 million Mahjong players worldwide through 'Mahjong Jan-Navi', transforming the game into a communication tool. With the funds raised through the Helika Accelerate project, 'Mahjong Jan-Navi' aims to further attract global players.
