According to PANews, OpenAI's official tweet stated that all ChatGPT free users can now use browsing, vision, data analysis, file upload, and GPTs functions. Previously, OpenAI announced on May 14 that it would open its new flagship model GPT-4o and other functions, including browsing, data analysis, and memory functions, for free, but with usage restrictions.
