A Montenegrin court on Friday rescinded its order to extradite cryptocurrency entrepreneur Do Kwon to South Korea, Foresight News reported. Do Kwon is wanted in South Korea for his role in the multi-billion dollar collapse of Terra Inc. The Montenegrin Court of Appeal said in a statement that the case will be sent back to the court of first instance for a new hearing and decision.
