According to Cointelegraph, the DEX Equalizer was hacked and hackers have transferred about 2,353 EQUAL tokens and several other tokens from users, according to Foresight News. Although the value of the stolen tokens is not high, these small transactions allow hackers to continue to siphon user funds in secret. A scammer also created a fake Equalizer X account and posted information on how affected users can apply for a refund.

It is not clear whether all tokens were transferred through the Equalizer DEX, but the Equalizer team is investigating this vulnerability. The team issued precautionary measures through the Equalizer Discord channel, asking users to stop interacting with unknown contracts and revoke all approvals in the past six hours. The Equalizer team tweeted to inform users to stop interacting with the platform front end.
