According to PANews, crypto internet detective ZachXBT released a statement on his Telegram channel, saying that the Middle Eastern cryptocurrency exchange Rain was suspected to have been hacked and lost $14.8 million. ZachXBT said that the vulnerability occurred on April 29, 2024, when Rain's BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP wallets had suspicious fund outflows, and the funds were quickly transferred to instant exchanges and exchanged for BTC and ETH. Rain did not immediately respond to the media's request for comment.
