According to Foresight News, Musk has asked Helen Toner, a former board member of OpenAI, to submit documents and communication records related to the decision to remove Sam Altman and restore his CEO position. Helen Toner is required to submit relevant information before May 21. Previously, OpenAI stated in a document submitted to the San Francisco County Superior Court in California that there was no founding agreement between it and Musk, and there was no agreement at all. The founding agreement was just a fabrication by Musk.
