According to WuSay, Ahmad Shadid, founder and CEO of io.net, announced on social media that the company's metadata API recently had a security incident. Attackers exploited a vulnerability in the mapping of user IDs to device IDs to cause unauthorized metadata updates. This incident did not affect GPU access, nor did it leak any personal or device sensitive data.
The company has accelerated the deployment of user-level authentication systems and will introduce more security measures to enhance system protection.
