Blania is the chief developer of Worldcoin and the CEO and co-founder of Tools of Humanity. Before the two met with Malaysian officials, a series of initiatives seemed to be aimed at showing that the project is taking issues related to data collection and privacy seriously and is willing to work more closely with regulators and government officials. It is worth noting that last month, Worldcoin encountered two temporary bans, with Spain and Portugal both ordering the project to stop collecting people's personal data.
