According to PANews, the draft revision of China's Anti-Money Laundering Law has been submitted to the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee for initial review today. The draft revision consists of 7 chapters and 62 articles, stipulating that the State Council's anti-money laundering administrative department shall establish an anti-money laundering monitoring and analysis agency to carry out anti-money laundering fund monitoring, as well as accept and analyze large-value and suspicious transaction reports.
