Open Campus will encourage developers to build "Learn Own Earn" decentralized applications on EDU Chain. Previously, Open Campus announced on April 9 that it would launch the L3 product EDU Chain. At that time, it was not determined to build a new blockchain. A vote was initiated on X for users to choose whether EDU Chain should be built on Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon zkEVM or Base.
