According to CryptoPotato, the team behind Wilder World Metaverse has partnered with tech giant Samsung to bring its multiplayer virtual world to a wider audience through Samsung’s smart TVs.

According to an announcement sent to CryptoPotato, the partnership will leverage Samsung’s extensive distribution network to introduce Wilder World to millions of homes. Wilder World will initially include assets and information from its Metaverse on Samsung’s platform and non-fungible token (NFT) gallery. The alliance focuses on Samsung’s Gen3 initiative, which aims to bring web3 to its devices and gadgets. Metaverse creators will also participate in Samsung’s exclusive web3 TV bundle by offering Wilder World NFTs to 15 bundle customers. This initiative will bring Samsung TV users closer to web3 products, communities, and NFTs, expanding the reach of other participating projects such as Polygon Labs, Belvedere Museum, World of Women, and Ledger. While there are many benefits to the partnership, the main goal is to ensure that Wilder World is globally accessible on Samsung TVs and other hardware, which is a goal that both parties are pursuing.

Notably, this collaboration makes Wilder World the first AAA web3 game accessible to regular gamers, having previously integrated with Nvidia’s GeForce Now and SuperVerse. The Metaverse creator has also partnered with Polygon and Celestia to build a hyper-scalable chain that can process millions of transactions at once for virtually no fees.
