According to CryptoPotato, on April 3, 2024, blockchain detective ZachXBT revealed a hack involving social gamer Kyle and a lesser-known NFT project called 'NuddiesNFT'. However, ZachXBT's investigation found that this was more like a deliberate transfer of funds than an external hack. Hours after the alleged hack, ZachXBT tracked 94 SOL tokens worth about $12,000 being transferred to an exchange's deposit address. He then discovered a targeted transaction of 3.42 ETH worth about $11.7K. The ether was then used to purchase high-value NFTs, including DeGods 2921 and y00t 10991, which were then quickly transferred to Kyle's public ENS address. ZachXBT's latest investigation is another reminder that despite rampant scams and pump-and-dump behavior, the transparency of blockchain technology still exists. Shortly after ZachXBT's post was published, Kyle deleted his X (former Twitter) account. As for NuddiesNFT, the project said that its creator's wallet has been replenished with $12K. The private key was entrusted to two community members. After the removal of Kyle, new owners were also brought in to monitor the project. Although some investors still have hope for the project, others claim that Nuddies is just another fraudulent NFT project that is about to be sold off.
