According to PANews, the official news of Stellar blockchain stated that the network validators have voted to upgrade the mainnet to Protocol 20, and the smart contracts have been launched on the mainnet, opening a "new era of Stellar smart contract technology stack". The validators plan to gradually increase the Soroban transaction limit to reach full capacity. With the increase in the transaction limit, Stellar will enter the first phase, and more than 160 builders and projects on the testnet will begin to deploy on the mainnet. Once the project is deployed and the network is stress-tested, the dApp will be launched for everyone to use.
