Solana’s SOL led the way among major cryptocurrencies as Bitcoin (BTC) briefly crossed the $50,000 mark late Monday, fueling bullish sentiment among traders. SOL gained 8% and Ethereum (ETH) gained 6.6%, while Bitcoin saw buying after the New York market opened on Monday. Avalanche’s AVAX rose 6%, while BNB Coin (BNB) and Cardano’s ADA rose relatively modestly, at 3%. The CoinDesk 20 Index (an index of the top 20 token liquidity by market cap and volume, excluding stablecoins) rose 4%.
