According to Planet Daily, the blockchain financial trading platform TessPay announced the terms of its IPO and plans to issue 1.3 million shares at a price of US$4-6 per share to raise US$7 million. The fully diluted market value is expected to reach US$72 million. TessPay, whose financial technology platform uses blockchain technology to secure and simplify financial transactions, said it will first deploy its services in the telecommunications industry and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange.
