4. Risk Avoidance

1. In the long term, under a downtrend, it is advised not to trade frequently. There may be profit conditions, but the risks are relatively high.

2. If you sell at a high point and the price continues to rise, be careful not to chase the price. Chasing has certain risks. Don't be afraid of missing out on opportunities to make money; making no money is always better than losing money.

3. Always choose mainstream and stable assets for trading; do not be greedy. Making small trades with mainstream coins is already sufficient. Having a gambler's greedy mindset will definitely lead to losses, and you will likely end up losing everything.

4. At the beginning, do not operate frequently. I generally look at the 1-hour and 4-hour charts for trading within two days, and use the daily chart for short-term trades, then select a suitable price to buy and sell, usually operating once every 1 to 3 days. Avoid doing multiple trades in a single day, as it is too exhausting and the short-term market has many unstable factors, making it difficult to trade too frequently.
