According to the latest data, as of January 2, within the last 7 days, Circle issued approximately 3 billion USDC while redeeming approximately 2.1 billion USDC, resulting in a net increase of about 900 million USDC in circulation. This change brought the total circulation of USDC to 44.3 billion.
From a reserve perspective, Circle's total reserves amount to approximately 44.4 billion USD, which includes about 6.5 billion USD in cash reserves and approximately 37.9 billion USD held by the Circle Reserve Fund.
