On January 2, 2025, Binance suspended deposits of the TROY token on the BSC (Binance Smart Chain) network due to potential security risks associated with the verification of the collateral for the issued tokens. The TROY team did not provide sufficient explanations on this matter. Deposits and withdrawals of TROY on the Ethereum network (ERC20) remain unchanged, allowing token holders on BSC to transfer their assets to the Ethereum network.

Against the backdrop of these events, the price of TROY has significantly decreased. As of January 2, 2025, TROY was trading at approximately $0.0078612, reflecting a 24-hour increase of 29.13%. However, after the announcement of the suspension of deposits on the BSC network, the token's price fell by 43%.

The TROY team continues the development of the TROY War game in collaboration with AgenLayer, a decentralized autonomous network of AI agents, and supports an AI grant program with a budget of $10 million for innovative projects.

If the TROY smart contract on the BSC network is deemed safe, Binance may resume deposits. Users are advised to follow official announcements from Binance for current information.
