Celsius Network is back in action! 🚀 After losing their $444 million lawsuit against FTX, they have now filed an appeal. Like a soap opera, Celsius accuses FTX of damaging their reputation with baseless claims. They initially demanded $2 billion, but then “discounted” it to $444 million focusing on “preferential transfers.”

Judge Dorsey dismissed the claim due to lack of evidence and improper procedures. However, Celsius is not giving up! They are determined to continue pursuing their rights. In the meantime, Celsius has already started paying off debts to over 250,000 creditors in 165 countries.
