South Koreans are paying 3% more for Bitcoin (BTC) than Americans as they seek to hedge against the won's slide, data from CryptoQuant shows.

On the country's largest crypto exchange, Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 145,000,000 won ($98,600), while on Coinbase it's around $96,700.

This comes as Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and President Yoon Seok-yeol are being impeached, sending the won to a 15-year low.
