An analyst from market-making firm Wintermute stated that companies emulating MicroStrategy's approach by adding Bitcoin to their balance sheets could become a major trend in 2025.
Jake Ostrovskis, an OTC trader at Wintermute, said, 'I think next year companies and those publicly listed companies trying to gain exposure will be quite a driving force. You will likely see small and medium-sized enterprises getting involved as well.'
Ostrovskis also predicts that some companies will follow MicroStrategy's strategy for ETH. He said, 'It's probably just a matter of time before someone does the same thing and turns themselves into an investment vehicle like Ethereum, and at that point, you become the MicroStrategy of that space.'
