Vitalik Buterin donated 10 million Thai baht (~$300,000) to Khao Kheow Zoo, which gave the crypto community the Moodeng token.

The coin's mascot is the pygmy hippopotamuses that were born in the zoo this summer. The day before, Vitalik visited Khao Kheow to see them in person. His donation will finance the construction of a new complex for animals.

By the way, the announcement pumped up the Ethereum version of the token.
