The court of Montenegro rejected the appeal of former Terraform Labs head Do Kwon regarding his extradition case. This was reported by the local publication Vijesti. The court confirmed the decision, according to which the final word on his extradition remains with the country's Minister of Justice.

Kwon's appeal was directed against the ruling of the Supreme Court of Montenegro. The judicial proceedings surrounding Kwon's extradition, linked to the collapse of Terra-Luna in 2022, have been ongoing since February 2024. Initially, the Supreme Court of Montenegro approved his extradition to the USA, but later the decision changed in favor of South Korea.
