The rising wave of Solana [SOL] is becoming more and more obvious, and its price performance and market dynamics have shown strong support. As of December 24, the trading price of SOL climbed to $196, up 3.53% on the day, and the continuous inflow of funds has become an important factor in its recovery.

Coming out of the bear market trough in 2022, Solana has shown extraordinary momentum with good technical indicators and strong market activity. Currently, its price is showing an upward trend after rebounding from the key support level of $175, which indicates a reversal after a sharp market adjustment.

At the time of the rebound, the 50-day moving average was still above the 200-day moving average. This golden cross further verifies the potential long-term bullish trend and is consistent with the full recovery since September 2023. Although the overall trend is bullish, investors still need to pay attention to short-term volatility.

During the price fluctuations, trading volume remained high, especially in the recent adjustment phase. This active market participation performance, both retail and institutional investors, are continuing to accumulate SOL.

According to Glassnode data, Solana's recovery cycle is experiencing a continuous increase in net realized profits. Starting in September 2023, Solana's capital inflows increased significantly, and its realized profits significantly exceeded losses. Especially in the stage when the daily inflow reached a maximum of US$776 million, the market's confidence in Solana was further strengthened.

Changes in long-term flows are also worth paying attention to. The gradual capital transition from the net capital breakthrough state from 2022 to August 2023 to the current net inflow state has played a decisive role in market sentiment. Although there was a slight capital return due to the occasional increase in the period, the overwhelming advantage of the overall capital inflow highlights investors' strong optimism about Solana's long-term growth.

The continuous capital inflow not only supports price stability, but also provides a solid foundation for Solana's development in 2025 and beyond.
