Deep Tide TechFlow news, on December 25, decentralized exchange PancakeSwap released its 2024 annual report showing that its total trading volume across nine major blockchain networks reached $310.6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 179%. The platform set a new single-day trading volume record of $3.47 billion on December 16, with total value locked (TVL) rising to $2.17 billion and independent trading users surpassing 14.3 million.
The report also showed that 455.5 million CAKE were burned in total in 2024, with a net burn of 5.3 million, permanently removing 1.37% of the total token supply. Additionally, the platform launched features such as zero-fee gasless swaps, BNB meme, and Telegram trading prediction bots during the year.
