Why do you sometimes see the currency rise as soon as you send it and then it goes down?

You analyze the data, seek expert opinion, and monitor the market movement. As soon as you enter a trade, the price goes down. You bear the losses, and when you get tired of patience, you sell at a loss. And as soon as you find out, the price goes up!! What is this? Luck, conspiracy, or what?! 😀😀😀
