#ChristmasMarketAnalysis
History does not repeat itself, but it rhymes.
Christmas is approaching, and the New Year 2025 is just around the corner. Christmas, New Year, Trump's inauguration, Bitcoin halving... With these boosts, it can be expected that Bitcoin will complete its correction and return to an upward trajectory again.
Christmas is approaching, has the correction in the crypto market ended?
The Federal Reserve announced a rate cut last week and reduced the likelihood of further rate cuts, which led to a global market crash. Bitcoin fell from its all-time high of 108,000 to around 90,000 USD in just a few days. Altcoins experienced a real massacre, and some tokens lost all their gains during the bull market.
Matt Hougan, Chief Investment Officer at Bitwise Asset Management, linked the recent drop in the crypto market to "natural deleveraging" and emphasized that "long-term fundamentals remain unchanged, and we are still in a strong bull market."
This drop triggered large-scale liquidations and reduced market leverage. At the same time, Christmas will arrive this week.
