Do you really know how to play contracts?
In the current market, some people want to buy as soon as they see a certain coin fall, and likewise, they want to sell as soon as it rises. It is only a matter of time before such people lose money.
You have to have a plan and a strategy for doing contracts. Don't be like a headless fly, shorting when it rises and buying when it falls. Here, I share 8 of my experiences in doing contracts in the currency circle for 8 years:
1. Light position operation, position control within 10%.
2. Strictly stop loss, do not move the stop loss position at will.
3. Go with the trend, do not rebound, do not rush for callback.
4. Risk-reward ratio, the ratio of risk to return is controlled within 1:3.
5. Do not trade frequently. The more frequent the transaction, the greater the chance of error.
6. It is better to miss than to make a mistake. Do not chase after the market.
7. Stay sober. It is best not to operate when the loss is too large on the day, so as not to affect judgment. Do not make orders when you are in a bad mood.
8. Technology is not the most important thing, mentality is the primary productive force.
