STOP OVERTRADING 🛑

YOU DON'T NEED TO TRADE EVERY DAY! Overtrading doesn't make you a better trader; it puts your capital at risk. Two weeks ago, I met a novice trader who was riding high in the market. He had over a dozen positions open at once (crazy, 3 risky positions are dangerous for me), but he was confident because everything seemed to be working in his favor. I warned him about the upcoming volatility and advised him to reduce the risk of his positions. He didn't listen. A few days later, after the market aggressively corrected, he fell into the shadows — he was hit hard by post-loss depression.

You can't control the market, but you can control your risk. Overexposure is the silent killer of accounts. On my copy trading account, I never risk more than two positions at the same time. Patience, discipline, and risk management are the foundation.

I highly recommend L. R. Thomas's book on overtrading.
