On December 22, according to monitoring by EmberCN, a whale/institution that had spent 32.45 million USDC at an average price of $3.64 to purchase 9.17 million EIGEN in October through 21 addresses, has started redeeming EIGEN and selling them on-chain since last night.
Since 7 PM last night, 4 addresses have redeemed 1,270,507 EIGEN (worth $5.02 million) from the EigenLayer staking contract and sold them on-chain for ETH or USDC.
