Ethereum-based NFT collectibles saw a significant increase last week, bringing the weekly sales volume of digital collectibles to $304 million. According to CryptoSlam data, Ethereum NFTs increased by 76% on a weekly basis to $201 million in sales volume, representing 66% of all NFT sales volume in the last seven days.

In comparison, Bitcoin-based NFTs saw sales of $40 million, while Solana-based collectibles saw sales of $29 million. Mythos Chain, Immutable, Polygon, and BNB Chain all saw combined volumes of $25.9 million.

Ethereum collectibles continue to dominate the NFT rankings. Seven of the top 10 NFT collectibles are Ethereum-based. The Pudgy Penguins collection was the best-selling collection of the week with $54.4 million. The Azuki NFT collection, on the other hand, saw sales of $18 million, up 130%.

NFT sales volumes have been on a strong track since early December, with sales of $187 million in the first week. December was the best performing month since May. Share your thoughts in the comments.
