#MarketPullback What is a pullback?

A pullback is a phenomenon in trading when there is a correction or deviation of an asset's value from a trending movement in one direction. In other words, the phenomenon is temporary; the asset's price deviates temporarily in the opposite direction, either positively or negatively. If a trader catches this price deviation, they can make a decent profit. The key is to find the entry point for a trade, which is done when the price approaches the nearest support level or, conversely, resistance level, which serves as a kind of signal. Then, one can choose to ignore the signal and wait for a correction when the price breaks through the level, which provides a relatively clearer picture of the future direction of the asset's price.
