I don't think you should panic knowing that altcoins are down 40-50% on average from their last high.
It will not reach zero. This is the third wave of selling without any major bounce. I think there will be a good bounce soon.
Remember we are still in a bull market, $BTC is still close to $100,000.
If you are on hibernation, don't worry.
