A federal judge in California denied BiT Global Digital Ltd.'s request for a temporary restraining order to prevent the delisting of wBTC on the Coinbase platform. Judge Arceli Martinez-Olguin ruled that BiT Global did not provide sufficient evidence of "irreparable harm." Coinbase claims that the decision is due to wBTC's ties to Justin Sun, who has been accused of fraud by the SEC.
