Bitcoin ETFs Record Longest Daily Inflows!

December 19, 2024

Bitcoin ETFs in the United States have seen an exceptional increase in their inflows, exceeding $6.7 billion for 15 consecutive days. Since November 27, these funds have recorded the longest daily inflows, attracting inflows estimated at approximately $275.39 million per day on December 18.

Inflows continued to rise, reaching a peak on December 5, when they recorded a record value of $766.66 million. This significant growth was mainly attributed to the sharp rise in the price of Bitcoin, which crossed the $100,000 barrier for the first time, which contributed to the boost in trading activity in the market.

The total assets of Bitcoin ETFs also saw a significant increase, rising from $104.32 billion to $115.78 billion, reflecting the growing appetite of investors for this type of investment.

This record surge in Bitcoin fund inflows is the result of several factors, including rising geopolitical tensions, as well as former US President Donald Trump’s surprise victory in the 2024 presidential election, which contributed to strengthening Bitcoin’s appeal as an investment vehicle.
