Eric Council Jr., who was accused of hacking the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s X account, will be able to travel for the holidays. On December 13, Judge Amy Berman Jackson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that Council can travel to North Carolina with a third-party monitor from December 23 to 29.
