I can confirm that Trump is considering an Executive Order to create a "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Fund". The Treasury Department, through the Exchange Stabilization Fund, has the authority to stabilize the dollar by purchasing currencies.
Trump could use this fund to buy more Bitcoin.
