Between 08:00 on December 9, 2024 and 07:59 on December 13, 2024 (ET), users who subscribe to the regular and/or current products on the HODLer platform using BNB will receive the airdrop allocation. HODLer airdrop information is expected to be available within twelve hours, and the new tokens will be distributed to users' spot wallets 1 hour before trading begins.

Introduction to HODLer Airdrop
The Binance HODLer Airdrop takes a historical snapshot based on users' BNB holdings and rewards token airdrops to BNB holders. By using the BNB subscription earning platform for fixed and/or flexible products, users will automatically qualify for the HODLer airdrop (as well as Launchpool and Megadrop rewards).
Unlike other earning methods that require continuous operation, the HODLer airdrop rewards users retrospectively, providing a simpler way to earn additional tokens. By using the BNB subscription earning platform products, users can automatically receive token rewards.
How to Benefit from the HODLer Airdrop
Go to the [Wealth Management] page and search for BNB;
Use BNB holdings to subscribe to earning platform products (fixed and/or flexible);
Binance will randomly take multiple snapshots of users' BNB holdings and total pool holdings every hour to calculate the user's hourly average holding in the earning platform products (flexible and/or fixed). Binance will calculate user rewards by taking historical snapshots of users' BNB holdings at a random time after this announcement is made;
For example: The calculation of HODLer airdrop rewards on June 11, 2024, may reference users' BNB holding snapshots from June 1, 2024, to June 7, 2024.
Eligible users will receive HODLer airdrop rewards in their spot wallets within 24 hours after the HODLer airdrop is announced.

Terms and Conditions:
Users must complete identity verification (KYC) and come from eligible jurisdictions to participate in the HODLer airdrop;
Airdrop tokens will automatically be transferred to each user's spot wallet before going live on Binance;
Unless otherwise specified, if multiple HODLer airdrop projects are ongoing simultaneously, users' BNB assets in the earning products (fixed and/or flexible) will be allocated to these projects;
BNB earning products using Binance lending (flexible interest rate) as collateral will not be eligible for HODLer airdrop rewards;
BNB assets used for subscription earning products will still enjoy common benefits, such as eligibility for Launchpool and Megadrop, as well as VIP level benefits;
Calculations for HODLer airdrop rewards will support staked assets in the Binance MPC wallet, including Lista BNB (slisBNB) and Lista collateral BNB (clisBNB);
Trading bots and spot copy trading will be enabled within 24 hours after the aforementioned tokens are listed. For currently running spot copy trading portfolios, users can enable new trading pairs through [Spot Copy Trading Settings] - [Personal Trading Pair Preferences];
Participation in the HODLer airdrop must meet the eligibility requirements based on the user's country or region of residence;
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance program code;
Users need to come from eligible jurisdictions to participate in the HODLer airdrop. Currently, users residing in the following countries or regions will not be able to participate through subscription to BNB earning platform products:
Australia, Canada, Cuba, Crimea region, Cyprus, Donetsk, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Luhansk, New Zealand, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Syria, United Kingdom, United States and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands), any non-government controlled areas of Ukraine.
