Coinbase has integrated Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) into its Project Diamond platform, which aims to improve the management of tokenized assets across different blockchain networks. Project Diamond operates under Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) regulations and targets institutional investors.
The integration enables secure cross-chain operations and real-world data verification. Chainlink Labs has established an Abu Dhabi office to strengthen its presence in the Middle East and North Africa region. The partnership has coincided with a 60% increase in Chainlink’s native token, LINK, in the past month, reflecting growing investor confidence in its institutional partnerships.
