🔍 Is the tragedy of the beginning of the year repeating? Altcoins plummet again, where do investors go?
Woke up this morning and realized my phone was still on airplane mode, resulting in me missing the sharp drop in the stock market, which is quite regrettable. I originally wanted to check the market dynamics, but instead, I was reading a novel, haha, it really feels like I'm a bit 'unfocused' now.
This is already the second time the leverage has been cleared; my high fees have been completely wiped out, especially for those altcoins, where the fees have even gone negative. I had opened a bunch of funding fees, thinking I could earn a bit, but the result was like this. Last time when Bitcoin sharply dropped, altcoins didn't follow; this time Bitcoin rebounded, but altcoins took a nosedive, truly catching people off guard.
It was like this at the beginning of the year as well; the market conditions didn't last long, and I thought this time would be different. Also, every time a top-tier project is launched in the market, those coins that are just 'clinging to the boat' don't perform well at all, which is really speechless.
Today, there is a new project me launching, and since I hold some, I hope it can rise as high as possible. However, today there isn't anything particularly special; I just bought a bit of BNB after getting up, ready to run at any moment.
I only look at the market positively, not negatively, and I have determined one direction; I won’t let the market's ups and downs stir me around. I think for ordinary people to make money, they should stir less and not always think about getting rich quickly.
Selling in batches, clearing positions, or continuing to hold until reaching the target—all these depend on one's own choice; as long as you don’t regret it after some time, that’s fine. Having more positions isn’t a bad thing; being light on your feet allows you to soar higher. Just don’t always think about rolling positions to go long; the dream of getting rich easily can easily shatter.
Look, today there were tens of thousands of people blown out again, which is truly alarming. So, everyone should stay away from contracts and not always think about taking shortcuts. This time, the altcoins were cleared too harshly, and some that tripled have died off, which is really heartbreaking.
I wonder if everyone is sighing or making money after getting up? Anyway, for me, I just maintain a normal mindset, keep an eye on the market dynamics, and earn a bit of pocket money is good enough.
