Crypto Circle Scholar: On December 10, the bullish trend of Bitcoin remains unchanged. How to respond to short signals?
The current price of Bitcoin is 97,500. It is now 3:20 AM Beijing time. The weekly opening price is 101,110, which has been declining, with a minimum of 97,350. The support point for the weekly line is at 97,150, but the daily K-line is not present. The entry point for going long that I provided has not been reached. While we wait for the train that we want, let's just wait at the station; don’t get on the train haphazardly.
The daily K-line has a maximum of 101,215 and a minimum of 97,350, showing a long bearish candle that spreads downward. The EMA15 trend support point is at 96,950, while the medium-term support EMA30 is at 92,600. The bullish trend remains unchanged, MACD is shrinking downwards, and DIF and DEA are spreading downwards from a high position. The K-line is pulling back to the middle of the Bollinger Bands around 97,000. The lower track is focused on 92,600. The Bollinger Bands are still contracting, and the space for further downward pullbacks has not ended. Don’t rush to get on the train; wait for further bottoming out before entering, which is more prudent.
The four-hour K-line has continuously dropped into the EMA trend indicator, breaking below the key point of EMA60 at 98,100. The next EMA90 trend support point is 97,000, and the significant support point EMA120's key position is at 95,600. MACD continues to shrink in a descending stair-step manner, and DIF and DEA are starting to challenge the zero axis. The lower track of the Bollinger Bands at 97,800 has been lost, and short positions are evident. Aggressive traders can attempt short positions near 98,000, while prudent traders should wait until the bottoming out ends to continue going long. After all, the overall trend remains bullish, and all pullbacks should still be treated as inducements for shorting.
Short-term trading thoughts reference: The market is never 100%, so it is essential to maintain stop-losses. Safety first; small losses and significant gains should be the goal.
For the upper range from 98,500 to 99,000, short with a stop-loss at 99,500, risking 500 points. The target is set from 98,000 to 97,500; if broken, look at 97,000 to 96,500.
For the lower range from 96,000 to 95,500, go long with a stop-loss at 95,000, risking 500 points. The target is set from 97,000 to 98,000; if broken, look at 98,500 to 99,000.
Second entry point for going long:
For the lower range from 92,500 to 92,000, stop-loss at 91,500, risking 500 points. The target is 3,000 to 6,000 to take profits or consult me.
