On December 6, Trump announced the appointment of David Sacks, a well-known Silicon Valley investor, as the White House Director of Artificial Intelligence and Cryptocurrency.

Interestingly, Musk also expressed his support in the comments section of the tweet.
There is a trace for everything. The following is a full translation.
As many media outlets have reported, tonight I will be hosting a fundraiser for President Donald J. Trump at my home in San Francisco.
In the past few years, I have hosted events for presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., as well as members of Congress from both parties. I have funded many people but rarely given formal endorsements.
However, today I have decided to support our 45th president, Donald J. Trump, in his campaign for the 47th presidency. My reasons are based on four issues crucial to America's prosperity, security, and stability—areas where the Biden administration has seriously deviated from the right path, and I believe President Trump can lead us back on track.
1. Economy
When President Biden took office, the U.S. economy was already recovering strongly from the shock of the COVID-19 pandemic in the second quarter of 2020. Demand had rebounded, and the job market was also recovering. But he chose to continue pushing the economy with additional pandemic stimulus measures—one of which was a nearly $2 trillion plan passed in March 2021, followed by trillions more for 'infrastructure', green energy, and 'inflation relief'.
Despite warnings from former Clinton administration Treasury Secretary Larry Summers that this could lead to inflation, the Biden administration pushed forward with these policies. When inflation did occur, the Biden administration labeled it as 'transitory'. However, even after experiencing the fastest interest rate hikes in recent years, inflation remains high.
Due to inflation during Biden's presidency, the average American has lost about one-fifth of their purchasing power over the past few years. Furthermore, any American needing a mortgage, auto loan, or credit card borrowing is facing higher interest expenses, further eroding their purchasing power.
Our federal government faces the same issue, now having to pay over a trillion dollars in interest each year to service its $34 trillion debt, which increases by a trillion dollars every hundred days. This trend is unsustainable, yet Biden's 2025 budget plans to further increase spending.
Economic growth has fallen from 3.4% in the last quarter of 2023 to 1.3% in the first quarter of this year. We cannot endure four more years of 'Bidenomics'.
2. Foreign Policy / Ukraine War
When President Trump left office, ISIS had been defeated, the Abraham Accords were signed, and no new wars had broken out globally. Three and a half years later, the world is in turmoil. Some of President Biden's strategic choices have led to this situation.
In his first year in office, Biden unnecessarily alienated Saudi Arabia, only to later realize that they are an indispensable partner in the Middle East. He also presided over a chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan (the policy direction was correct, but the execution was poor).
However, his missteps regarding Ukraine are even more serious. His administration immediately pushed for Ukraine to join NATO, despite inconsistent support from existing NATO members. Predictably, this angered Russia, and the Biden administration has stubbornly insisted at every critical moment that 'NATO's door is open to Ukraine and will remain open.' Biden himself further angered Russia by refusing to accept any 'red lines'.
After the invasion, there was still an opportunity in the early stages of the war to stop the conflict and reduce loss of life and property. Russian and Ukrainian negotiators signed a draft agreement in Istanbul that would have allowed Russia to withdraw to pre-invasion borders in exchange for Ukraine's neutrality. However, the Biden administration rejected the agreement and did not adopt General Milley's suggestion for seeking a diplomatic solution in November 2022.
As the war continues, Ukrainians are facing increasing casualties and destruction of infrastructure. However, President Biden continues to allow the conflict to escalate, risking the onset of a third world war. Each escalation that Biden initially resisted—including Abrams tanks, F-16s, ATACMs, and allowing Ukraine to strike Russian targets—he ultimately compromised on. Only the final step remains: NATO forces directly engaging Russia on the ground. And our European allies, like Emmanuel Macron, are already anticipating this situation.
Under Biden's leadership, our options are limited to continuing the proxy war until the last Ukrainian is standing or directly engaging Russia. President Trump has expressed his desire to end the bloodshed in Ukraine and achieve this through negotiation. Although Ukraine can no longer obtain the agreement we urged them to accept in April 2022, we can still strive to save Ukraine as an independent nation and avert the outbreak of a world war.
3. Border
As an immigrant, I firmly believe that America's history of strengthening the nation by welcoming talented individuals from other countries is vital. To fulfill this commitment, a legal immigration process that emphasizes skills and American citizenship principles is necessary. This was the policy pursued during President Trump's administration.
Biden's administration has pursued a de facto open border policy since taking office. On his first day, he revoked the executive orders by President Trump that restricted illegal immigration and halted the construction of the border wall, even selling parts of the wall as scrap metal. This quickly led to a surge in illegal crossings, plunging the southern border into chaos and danger.
President Biden (along with the incompetent Kamala Harris and the malicious Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas) responded to growing concerns by misleading the public, claiming there was no problem at the border, despite a constant stream of videos showing large groups crossing the border.
When the situation became impossible to ignore or deny, Biden claimed he had no executive power to address the issue and blamed Republicans for not sending him relevant legislation. However, this week, faced with poor polling on this issue, Biden suddenly discovered he did have executive power. The orders he signed were a weak and belated attempt to slow the flow of illegal immigration before the election. But Biden has shown that he is not serious about the issue. If he wins reelection, the open border policy will resume, and millions of illegal immigrants will continue to pour in.
4. Legal Battles
One of the cornerstones of political stability in the United States over the past 250 years is that we do not accept winning elections by imprisoning political opponents. However, since Biden took office, he has pushed for selective and unprecedented prosecutions against his former and future opponents.
Merrick Garland carefully examined the events of January 6, and even after a one-sided committee submitted highly biased recommendations to his Justice Department, he still found no path to prosecute Trump. Subsequently, news reports indicated that Biden was disappointed with Garland's indecisiveness. Ultimately, Jack Smith at the federal level and Alvin Bragg and Fani Willis at the state level intervened. They all filed lawsuits based on unprecedented new legal theories targeting Trump. In the New York case, Bragg repackaged a previously shelved bookkeeping misdemeanor into 34 felonies, claiming it served a second crime he never specified, and the judge did not require the jury to reach a consensus.
I immigrated to the United States as a child because my parents were dissatisfied with the political system of our homeland. That government resolved political differences by imprisoning political opponents. Ironically, the legal disputes we fled from are now manifesting in the United States.
President Biden has repeatedly claimed that Trump's return to the White House would threaten democracy. However, it is his administration that has colluded with tech platforms to censor the internet, used intelligence agencies to cover up the Hunter laptop incident, and selectively prosecuted political opponents.
Conclusion: A/B Testing
Voters have experienced four years of a Trump presidency and four years of a Biden presidency. In the tech field, this is referred to as A/B testing. In terms of economic policy, foreign policy, border policy, and legal fairness, Trump has performed better. He is a president deserving of a second term.
